⚽ Five from the Field

This week, we chat with Jim Tsirimiagos & Lewis Clark, Managers of our Over 50s team.

Q: If age is just a number, how old do you feel after a 90-minute game?

A: This is a trick question… 90 minutes older than when we started.

Q: Who in the team has played for the Club the longest?

A: Possibly Bob, Peter or Alan (who was Club President in 2003 and 2004).

Q: What motivates you to keep playing?

A: We can't think of a better way to spend a Saturday – run around with a great group, open the esky, and enjoy a well-earned pizza.

Q: Team goal for 2025?

A: Easy – we've only had one so far. Shout out to Karlo!

Q: The team has a physio, masseuse, psychologist, video analyst, coaching staff, butler… and the Club Treasurer plays for you? Any connection?

A: What? We didn’t know we had a butler!
