Burwood FC trials for under 8's to under 12's will be taking place in early February at Blair Park. Dates are as follows (arrive 15 minutes before to check in) Under 8 and under 9 February 3 and 11 February 2026 (under 8 at 5pm and under 9 at 6:15pm)  Under 10 and under 11 4 and 12 February 2026 (under 10 at 5pm and under 11 at 6:15pm)  Under 12 5 and 10 February 2026 (under 12’s 6pm)

With an impressive record of 9 wins, 1 draw and no losses Coach and Manager Nick Murray is all smiles along with the team after a tough final, which was eventually won 3-1 on penalties after a 0-0 draw at full time. Well done team :-)

The Club is proud to announce that following being awarded the Football Canterbury Female Grass Roots Coach of the Year Tara O'Connell went on to be awarded the Football New South Wales Female Grass Roots Coach of the year. This is an amazing achievement agains't tough competition from across the State. Congratulations Tara.

At the 2025 AGM Irene Browne was voted in as a life member to the Club. Irene has been involved in the Club for over 20 years, firstly managing her childrens' teams, more recently forming our first over 35's female team and long term member of the Management Committee as both canteen co-ordinator and womens co-ordinator as well as being willing to lend a hand with anything the Club needs. She was also recognised for her contribution to the club with the Football Canterbury
